PlotWot – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to PlotWot. By using our website, services, property listings, membership plans, or brokerage services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. About PlotWot

PlotWot is a real-estate platform that connects property owners, buyers, tenants, builders, developers, and other real-estate professionals. PlotWot may provide property listing, marketing, property video, buyer/tenant assistance, and real-estate facilitation services.

PlotWot does not guarantee the sale, purchase, lease, rental, appreciation, approval, or profitability of any property.

2. Membership Plans

PlotWot may offer different membership plans based on the value or type of property.

Membership fees and benefits may be revised by PlotWot from time to time. The applicable fee will be the fee displayed and accepted at the time of membership purchase.

3. Member Benefits

Depending on the applicable membership plan, members may receive:

• Free property video shoot.

• Free marketing and promotion of the property on PlotWot’s available platforms.

• Brokerage benefit of approximately 50% lower than applicable standard market brokerage rates, subject to the applicable transaction and service terms.

• Assistance with property promotion and connecting with potential buyers or tenants.

Free services are subject to reasonable availability, location, property suitability, and PlotWot’s operational policies.

4. Non-Member Brokerage

Non-members will be charged brokerage/service charges according to the prevailing applicable market rates and the terms agreed before the transaction.

5. Membership Refund Policy

If a member does not successfully complete a property sale or rental agreement through PlotWot within one year from the date of membership, the membership fee may be eligible for a refund, subject to the conditions below.

The refund policy applies only to the membership fee and does not automatically include other expenses, government charges, documentation charges, advertising expenses, taxes, or third-party charges.

A refund will not be applicable where the transaction was prevented or discontinued due to reasons attributable to the member, buyer, tenant, seller, landlord, developer, legal issues, incorrect information, change of decision, non-cooperation, or circumstances beyond PlotWot’s reasonable control.

Property owners, sellers, landlords, builders, and developers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their properties.

PlotWot may request documents or information to verify a listing. However, users should independently verify:

• Ownership/title of the property.

• Government approvals.

• Building permissions.

• RERA registration, where applicable.

• Encumbrances and liabilities.

• Property taxes and dues.

• Measurements and specifications.

• Legal status.

• Seller/landlord authority to sell or rent the property.

PlotWot should not be considered a substitute for independent legal, financial, technical, or property due diligence.

7. Property Listings & Marketing

By submitting a property to PlotWot, the owner or authorized representative permits PlotWot to use the submitted property information, photographs, videos, descriptions, and related marketing material for promoting the property.

PlotWot may edit, resize, format, or modify listing content for marketing and website requirements.

PlotWot reserves the right to reject, suspend, modify, or remove any listing that appears inaccurate, misleading, incomplete, unlawful, duplicated, or unsuitable for the platform.

8. Property Video Shoot

Where a free property video shoot is included, the service is subject to availability and location.

The free shoot does not guarantee professional photography, cinematography, editing, drone footage, or any particular number of photographs/videos unless specifically agreed in writing.

Additional production or travel services may carry additional charges if agreed separately.

9. Brokerage & Transactions

Brokerage becomes payable when a transaction is successfully facilitated or completed in accordance with the agreed terms.

The applicable brokerage, service charges, payment schedule, and transaction conditions should be communicated and agreed with the relevant parties before completion.

PlotWot does not guarantee that a buyer, seller, landlord, or tenant will complete a transaction.

Users must not deliberately bypass PlotWot after being introduced to a buyer, seller, landlord, tenant, builder, developer, or other party through PlotWot for the purpose of avoiding applicable brokerage or service charges.

10. Payments

All membership fees, brokerage, service charges, and other applicable payments must be made through the payment methods authorized by PlotWot.

Users are responsible for providing correct payment and contact information.

Any applicable taxes, government charges, registration charges, stamp duty, legal fees, documentation charges, or third-party charges are separate unless expressly stated otherwise.

11. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information.

• Provide only genuine property listings.

• Avoid misleading claims.

• Not upload fraudulent or unauthorized property listings.

• Cooperate during the transaction process.

• Respect applicable laws and regulations.

• Not use PlotWot for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities.

12. Third-Party Services

PlotWot may connect users with builders, developers, agents, legal professionals, financial institutions, contractors, photographers, or other third-party service providers.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, PlotWot is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, representations, products, services, or agreements of third parties.

13. Limitation of Liability

PlotWot will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate listings and services but does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, legality, ownership, market value, profitability, or suitability of any property.

PlotWot shall not be responsible for losses arising from inaccurate information provided by users, failed transactions, changes in property prices, legal disputes between parties, delays, financing issues, or circumstances outside PlotWot’s reasonable control.

14. Website Content

All website content, including PlotWot branding, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, text, and original marketing materials, may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Users may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or commercially use PlotWot’s proprietary content without prior written permission.

15. Privacy

PlotWot may collect and process user information required to provide its services, communicate with users, process memberships, promote properties, and facilitate transactions.

The use of personal information will be governed by PlotWot’s applicable Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to Terms

PlotWot reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, membership plans, fees, benefits, and policies from time to time.

Updated terms will become effective when published on the PlotWot website unless otherwise stated.

17. Termination

PlotWot may suspend or terminate a membership, listing, or user account if a user violates these Terms & Conditions, provides false information, engages in fraudulent activity, or misuses PlotWot’s services.

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having appropriate jurisdiction over PlotWot’s registered/operating location, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

By purchasing a PlotWot membership or using PlotWot services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
